I have trained legal software since 1997 and worked with the modules that developed into Local Discovery since 2010. I am a certified Local Discovery trainer and a litigation and practice support consultant.
My approach begins with listening. Software can be overwhelming when you first encounter it. Understanding what you need to do gives us a practical starting point for learning it.
